Horrible spent 20 bucks on burgers and I come back to get water and he just looks at me and I say excuse can I have a cup for water and the water for fountian drinks is right in front of him and he goes and turns on the faucet water from the hand washing station! Horrible service
Sadly I couldn't place my order over the phone. The clerk stated that they couldn' t because I wasn't an organization. I also waited 20 minutes inside and they were fully staffed.
Arrived at 8:10 and the hot McCafe machine was being cleaned. Was handed drinks wordlessly, then told to move up and wait. A woman brought the happy meal but not the milk. She had to go back. My son's fries were cold.
Third time we stop and the food is not good! The people are nice but the food is old and soggy
And to top it all off the cashier never gave me back my debit card, so I added two hours onto a road trip. The same cashier tried to give me back the card. Seemed upset when I asked for the manager. Really an awful experience all around. Its worth it to stop in Mathis or Pleasanton if your really wanting McDonald's on the drive between Corpus Christi and San Antonio.
I just wanted my nuggets i went back twice to get my correct order and they gave me everything different. I just wanted nuggets that was it not 4 crazy burgers just nuggets......
